Rotaru ("the App") is a playing-time tracker for youth sports. This policy explains how the App handles information.

Information we collect

We do not collect personal information.

Rotaru does not require an account. The App does not include analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking SDKs. We do not receive the player names, match data, or other content you enter in the App.

Information stored on your device

Data you create in Rotaru — including team names, player names, match details, shift records, and settings — is stored locally on your iPhone using Apple's on-device storage (SwiftData). This data is not transmitted to our servers because the App does not use servers for core functionality.

You are responsible for the information you choose to enter (for example, player names).

Data sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties. The App does not sync data to the cloud in the current version.

Children's privacy

Rotaru is a tool for coaches and parents managing youth sports rosters. The App does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone. Any player information in the App is entered locally by the device owner and remains on that device.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised policy.

Your choices

Delete your data: Remove the App from your device to delete locally stored data.
